World Cup 2006 Photos Day 2

We decided today we'd drive down to Heidelberg. One of the first things we saw was this church. Since it was sunday morning we didn't get inside, but it looked pretty neat from the outside.

Once Maya learned there was a castle there, she was dead set on seeing it so she could finally meet Princess Fiona. This was right before we walked all the way up to see it. The ruins are there in the background.

Turning around from the picture above you could see the back of the church. It's right there in the square. It was a neat place to walk around and look in different stores.

This is the view of Heidelberg from the castle. Pretty nice.

Maya didn't get to make it through the entire tour of the castle. She passed out about half way through.

It turns out Maya the cutie is pretty famous amongst Asian folks. This guy wanted a photo with her, then someone else came up, then we started walking away and someone else wanted a photo with her. Turns out that red hair and big smile is becoming famous already.

This was the longest fart(fahrt) we came across so far on the trip. I try to say it, but it's pretty hard.

This is where we stopped and had a bite to eat so we could watch the england match. England won 1-0 on a Beckham free kick. It was a nice day and comfortable to sit outside to watch. I had a nice wheat beer and bought the glass right there. I've already got 3 on this trip, much different than in Argentina, everyone is willing to sell them. One place just let me have it. They are all different shapes and for different beers compared to what I've already got.

Thats it for day 2. We're back at the room getting ready to sleep here pretty soon. Tomorrow is the big day. We're going to take off to see if we can find a nice clock, then head to K-town for the World Cup match in the evening. We're pretty excited, it's going to be a blast.
